Our Booking Policy
We require a deposit to secure all appointments. Your deposit must be paid within 1 hour of making the booking in order to confirm your appointment. Details will be sent to you automatically via email upon booking. The deposit will go towards your final bill.
Texture Release, Keratin, Sew-in Weave, Microlinks, Ojuluxe-In installs = N100,000 deposit
- LA Weave, Relaxer/Texturiser, Half-up half-down = N50,000 deposit
- Colour services (i.e. balayage, highlights, tint) = N100,000 deposit
All other services require a N35,000 deposit
Deposits are non-refundable, and in the event that you have not paid a deposit your booking will be cancelled. Deposits can be transferred to another date & service with a 48 hours notice (you can self-move your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment via the ‘manage this appointment’ link provided to you via your confirmation email).
Any notice that exceeds 48 hours automatically forfeits your deposit. Please note that deposits are mandatory for every client, whether new or returning.
Please ensure you follow the instructions sent to you via email as TAUPE is not liable for any deposits sent to us without you following instructions (i.e. not replying via email with a receipt, ensuring you have consulted with us given approval by us for a hair extension service etc.) – any payment sent to us is non-refundable so please be sure you want to book an appointment with us before paying a deposit.
